What we check, what each badge means, and what verification does not guarantee.
Reviews are done by a person on the Arriva team. No badge is auto-issued.
Means: A person on our team has reviewed a government-issued photo ID matched to the account holder's name.
Does not mean: It does not vouch for the Pro's skill, pricing, or business outcomes.
Means: The Pro submitted business registration documents (RUC, incorporation, or equivalent) matching the profile.
Does not mean: It does not certify financial standing, insurance, or that the business is currently active in every jurisdiction shown.
Means: For regulated categories (lawyers, pet transport, real estate, healthcare), the Pro provided a license or credential we cross-checked against a public registry where one exists.
Does not mean: It is not legal, medical, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee current standing between our review dates.
Means: One of the first 100 Pros invited during launch. Founding Pros go through the same identity and business checks as everyone else.
Does not mean: Founding status is a launch program — it is not a quality ranking.
Credentials are re-checked when a Pro renews their profile or when a complaint prompts a review. If a license lapses, expires, or a document can no longer be verified, the corresponding badge is removed and the Pro is notified. Serious issues can result in the profile being unpublished pending review.
Verification narrows risk — it does not eliminate it. Before hiring, meet the Pro, confirm scope and pricing in writing, and — for legal, medical, and financial services — confirm the Pro's license is current with the relevant authority.
If you believe a badge is wrong or a Pro is misrepresenting credentials, email trust@arrivapro.com with the profile link and what you observed. We investigate every report.
