Everything about how Arriva operates, in one place.
Arriva is a marketplace connecting relocating families with verified Pros in Latin America. We introduce; we do not perform the service. The pages linked below explain how we verify Pros, handle your data, resolve disputes, and stay accountable.
Every Pro is ID-checked and, where applicable, license-checked before they appear in search. Badges are controlled by admin approval — never self-issued.
We collect what we need to match you with Pros and nothing more. Your contact details are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
The rules for using Arriva as a client or Pro, including acceptable use and the platform's role as an introducer — not a party to service contracts.
How our guides are researched, reviewed, and updated. Every guide carries an author and a last-reviewed date.
When platform charges (e.g. Pro subscriptions, reach unlocks) are refundable — and the process for requesting a refund.
What we store in your browser, why, and how to opt out of non-essential cookies.
If something goes wrong with a Pro you contacted through Arriva — misrepresentation, unfulfilled scope, unresponsive after payment — email trust@arrivapro.com with the profile link, dates, amounts, and what you'd like resolved. We investigate every report, mediate where we can, and remove Pros who violate platform standards.
Arriva introduces clients and Pros; service contracts are between you and the Pro. Where a payment ran through Arriva, refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy.
