Arriva Pro Ambassador Terms

You must be 18+, have the legal right to receive commercial payments in your country, and provide a valid tax form (W-9 for US, W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E for non-US). Approval is at our sole discretion.

You earn 30% of the net revenue Arriva collects from a referred Pro's subscription, for the first 12 months after their initial paid subscription. Commissions accrue only on successfully collected payments. Refunds, chargebacks, and cancelled trials do not earn commission.

Referrals are attributed via a 60-day cookie from the first click on your unique referral link. If a user clicks multiple ambassador links, the last-click within the 60-day window wins. Self-referrals (using your own link on your own account) are prohibited and will be voided.

You may request a payout once your available balance reaches your threshold (default $50). Payouts are processed via Wise or Stripe Connect Express within 10 business days of your request. Payout fees, currency conversion, and applicable withholding taxes are your responsibility.

If a referred Pro receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, or their subscription is reversed for fraud within the 12-month commission window, the corresponding commission will be clawed back from your available balance. If your balance is insufficient, the debit carries forward against future commissions.

You may NOT:

• Bid on "Arriva," "Arriva Pro," or brand-adjacent keywords in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
• Register domains or social handles that impersonate Arriva or suggest official affiliation beyond "Ambassador."
• Send unsolicited email/SMS/DMs (spam), or promote in a way that violates any third-party platform's terms.
• Make earnings claims, guarantees, or representations about Arriva that Arriva has not published.
• Promote Arriva in a way that is misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or targets minors.
• Use cashback/coupon aggregator sites without prior written approval.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Arriva. You have no authority to bind Arriva, and Arriva does not withhold taxes on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reporting your income to your tax authority.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Commissions accrued before termination remain payable unless termination is for cause (fraud, prohibited promotion, or material breach), in which case unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

You will not share non-public metrics, pricing, roadmap information, or internal communications received via the Program.

Any content you create as part of the Program — including posts, videos, testimonials, graphics, or other promotional materials — may be used, shared, edited, or republished by Arriva across its websites, social channels, ads, and partner materials without additional payment or further approval. You grant Arriva a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes. Arriva is not obligated to use your content.

Arriva may modify commission rates, cookie windows, thresholds, or these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Arriva's total liability under these Terms is limited to the commissions accrued in the 12 months preceding any claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
