Arriva verifies every Pro to protect expats from scams.
We use AI to auto-verify most Pros in under a minute:
- ID check: upload a passport or national ID. AI matches the name to your profile.
- Business doc: business registration, tax certificate, or license. AI matches the business name to your profile.
- Regulated categories (legal, real estate, moving) require a license number.
If AI can't auto-approve, our team reviews within 1 business day. You'll get an email either way.
